• Quick Source question about pop-up's

I say pop-up's because I'm not quite sure what else I could call it. But what I'm looking for is, how could I make a message pop up to the player if they were to either activate a trigger or press "use"? Like if the player "uses" a door, I want a message to display instead of a locked sound. Same as if a trigger is activated to display a narration instead of bad voice acting.
