Okay, I just released the map now. If you got any problems, let me know. It should work properly. It's just a map where you're in a metal house that's damaged. Please start taking time on your maps...this looks about as half arsed as the last one you uploaded. How long did this one take?
Good maps take from 4 days to about 4 weeks to complete. Spend time.

It's like Flood in Sandbox. Map-wise it is too small and this seems like a one time thing. Like oh, that's cool, it floods. Ima go back to Construct. You could probably add more buildings, and maybe make it flood at random intervals, and to random heights. Like have the height of the flooding vary from what it is now to almost the top of that building. I think that wouldn't be hard to do.
It bothers me that you release half-assed maps. It bothers me even more that when people tell you to stop releasing this maps and to actually work harder and longer you just ignore them.

My opinion is that this map has potential, but screams for a 3D skybox (above highest water level, of course), fog, and slightly more blue lighting from the sky. At the moment, it looks like a WIP. C: Edit: Oh, it is xD okay.
I'll work on the full version tonight maybe 12 or 1 A.M. :)

I even gave them outputs and they still didn't work.
They probably are work. Setting light_spot with names will give you a lack of bounces (right?) Don't give them names. And set the brightness high.
Start getting ready for the full version, I might release it next week. Sorry for the long wait. I was just getting some good ideas for it. :)
Hopefully you will have sorted out the things that people have commented on...such as the half arsedness.
Honestly, not too good. Though it is original, and kinda neat how you can change the water level, it's just plain annoying when someone spams the button and raises and lowers the water, making it harder to build, and useless online. Might be good for a machinima though. 4/10

why isnt there a "disgusting" rating? oh well, ill just give that a box. i mean, the blend texture is on a really low scale, the (i think they are) houses look like a cube with a triangle on top. and the displacements are all spiky.

Water looks like big block using black -texture.
