Move Direction Help

I am trying to get the brush to move in that direction but I cannot figure out what the degree for it to move that way would be.

no i tried that. that just moves it up.
It needs to go in the direction across from it

The move direction should be zero to move that way.

Select and drag that little circle in that direction in which you want your brush to move.
