So, my problem is I have only HL2DM and GMod on my steam account. And I want to ask is it possible to make maps to play on GMod?
That depends, the SDK doesn't come with the free ATI and Nvidia offers AFAIK. But if you can run Gmod I'm guessing you have it. So yes you would be able to make maps.
If you make a map for HL2DM it will work in Gmod.
