• advanced brushes i need some help!

Possibly microbrushes. Microbrushes are brushes smaller than 1 unit cubed, and they usually cause issues. The solution is to not work off grid.

Use the arch tool, make a 360 degree arch, cut it into quarters, delete 3, done.
