This map is being done after a request and its also my first map im going to really make. I'd work on making it a "dark tunnel". You have full bright turned on. Work on making it more detailed, adding props, adding brushwork to make the walls not so flat. Use some reference images for architecture.
All I see is a hollowed out cube with two extra brushes and one pipe model copied several times. There aren't even any lights. I'd say it's too early to make a WiP thread for this, I mean at least give us something good to see so we can look forward to the completed map when it's done. Also, use [noparse][img][/img][/noparse] tags for those images instead of [noparse][url][/url][/noparse] tags. [editline]07:17PM[/editline] [noparse][img_thumb][/img_thumb][/noparse] for thumbnailed images.

That looks a lot better. If you are going to use that texture. You're going to want to align it. The light model looks a tad bit out of place but, that may just be me. It's a big improvement though. After time of mapping you'll be proud of it at first, then you'll go back numerous times redoing it. Also, It's not letting you do what?

You could at least rotate all the textures to be flowing the same way.
Oh dear I do hope that isn't carved... I sometimes carve a brush for reference then recreate it, then delete the carved brush. Do you plan on keeping those textures?
1 its not carved i just wanted to see how it looked a little rounder i started off with a really big circle which was yea to big so i made it allot smaller and now it to squarie, but it will be better after im done 2 the textures will be replaced with i think costum one´s.

I'd just func_detail them. You can get away with using a smaller amount of brushes if you use custom textures and add detail props to the wall. I think you might appreciate this reference image. It looks like there's sections of your brushwork in the walls that are more rounded off than others.
Everything is just to hear suggestions so thanks for critics ill be working on it soon. And the map is faaaaaar from done so you might wanna stick around because ill update daily. It is not very interesting. You should add more than just a plain tunnel. Perhaps a sewer system? Or some small rooms (with for example some pipes in them)
