Hi, I'm making a City Map for my Gamemode but I don't know how to rotate the Road Textures. Could someone help me out?

You can also use the search function with "road texture" and set it to search the mapping forum and you might find that there's about ten other topics that have an answer to this question.
Face select tool (The multi-textured box icon)
Select the brush with the road texture on it, and in the right side of the window there's a box where you can rotate the texture, just type in the angle.
