• Gmod map release: Rp_sunvale

Hey everybody! The fog is terrible and you're lacking details, like something between the grass and the road, but it looks pretty good. The foliage is particularly nice.
Just a suggestion but perhaps you should put some more effort in your thread, few screenshots here and there, little more information. The map looks good, well done.
Looks very nice, however theres like 5 of these already.
If anyone knows how i can upload screenshots to this thread, plz tell me

One tip: Use fog thats same colour as sky, also don't make it that close !

Nice map, looks very balanced in terms of floor space and highrise blocks. However, I like to stress that lighting and fog are the most important things in terms of making a map look good, so just work on that ;) I suggest using fog and Ambient Light the same colour as the sky, and something slightly orange for the sun. Really rich, colourful shadows are gorgeous in my opinion. Also, try taking the fog level down a bit and increasing the fog end distance.
It's alright. The buildings (houses, shops, garages, etc.) should have more detail to them, like paintings on the wall and furniture. Also, in the bathrooms, the showers are incomplete. The doors to nowhere in the hospital are a bit annoying. A good start, though, good luck with V2. Meaning they don't exist for each floor, just on the elevator.. also, the elevator control is kind of hard to use. should have up and down arrows, not that rectangle as it's hard to tell it where to go.

Some of the Brushes are bit to square, one of those bushes is a good example. I think the fog doesn't look that good, but if you fixed up those two things should be pretty good for V2.
thank you all for the comments and suggestions, i will certainly use it if i make a v2, remember that this is my very 1th map ever though :P

Nice map. Exept the unreal fog thats a nice creation. Good job ! I'm was searching for a good realistic map, I found it
ye well the fog is to improve FPS, otherwise i wouldt have used it the thing is that my city is too much within 1 area, so there is too much being rendered :S thats why you see the error in console
Can you spread it out, or add more areas? That way I have a use for the MySQL car system I wrote. So, move some buildings to the outskirts of the town, add gas stations, maybe a beach area?
