Make an env_laser or ignite its target on a successful hit?

Can this be done? I could use env_beam if it's possible with that, but env_laser works better in this situation.
Probably use OnTakeDamage on the model that gets hit.

I could do that if there weren't other entities that could also damage the target. I'm planning on using it on NPCs and players.

I still want other entities to be able to damage the targets. They should only ignite if the laser is the thing that causes damage.
