Needing a nav made for an edited rp_stalker map

The map I'm needing a nav for is rp_stalker_gmodz link: [url]http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=487782005[/url]

I've tried generating one but my computer can't handle it. The map author said he wasn't able to generate one either.

So thought I'd see if anyone here would be willing and able to do it.

I don't mind paying a few bucks to have it done, just needing it asap.

use pakrat to do it if you open the bsp save it it will ask if you want to update the map's .nav
