If anyone knows the name of the exact model, please tell me. I think it was a 38 something. Also, get an informative video of me showing off how much time I can wast moving brushes around.
I mapped for Day of Defeat Source some time ago, was a WW2 german flak gun in the game files, probably what you're looking for;

Yeah actually, I made one as a prop, then kinda "traced" over it with brushes. Thanks.
Hey, somebody else who is foolhardy enough to do this! I've been working with func_tank weapon emplacements for a while now, and let it be said that multiple barrelled weapons get very, VERY interesting. I actually modified the DoDs Flak 38 model myself a while ago, I made seperate models for the base, gun mount and gun itself. Feel free to use it, I know how difficult it is to work with brushes for fine details. It's all arranged around the same origin so placing all three models down in the same place should fit them together quite nicely.

Wow this looks nice. Thanks for the prop(s). I made some huge upgrades this time. It shoots rockets instead of the silent airboat gun, which I covered with music in the first video, and takes down things much faster. It is at the max projectile speed it can go without the aim getting off, which also make the projectiles slower than the airboat gun, making it the best for slow or near targets. I added a no-target zone because it something got close to the barrel when a missile launched, it would blow the barrel up.
For the final piece, the gun and the mount are both combine cannons, making them move on their own while the gun is idle and freaking the fuck out when the player steps in front of where it is aiming.

Hey, I have a request. The Pz.Sfl. IVc has a flak 8,8 on it, do you think you could decompile it and make the mount and the gun separate from the tank? Like, if you get bored or something. I put the zip here.
Here we are, hot off the press. Update me on this one if you can get it working well, so far I haven't been able to find a decent method for heavier AA guns. I would love to get them functioning with actual airburst flak shells and the like but so far the closest I've gotten is func_tankrocket, which fires such slow rockets that it is mostly useless.
