If I send you a .Obj or .SMD are you able to get it into GMOD?

I don't really have the time to learn all the different stages decompiling,compiling, recompiling ,pedofiling etc

I have a full time job and I seem to be able to get models into Gmod quite fine. Are you sure you're doing it right?
