Source SDK Problem / My Windows Problem ?

I want to continue my project this morning, and then

Tried to [I][U]restart Steam[/U][/I] and the problem are still there, apparently, there's a problem with my font setting, my font are changed, and i don't know how to revert it back to normal, on IDM it will look like this :

I'm not sure if that will work but you can try it.
