Hi, I'm making a curved road, but one corner of it is met with a sharp-cornered sidewalk. Check it out below.

How would I fill in this gap perfectly with another brush?
I find that taking in information is easy- what's hard is finding a tutorial / source of information when it comes to things like this.
Vertex tool and being more careful than a bomb squad so you don't get invalid brushes.
How would I get an invalid brush? Also, is this the only way to really do this?
Can you post the .vmf I'd like to try and solve this hands on

Considering carving, but someone once told me: "never carve."
Dont ever carve you will regret it.
Okay- so any updates on this?
Create a simple arch with a 8~16 width wall, then select the vertexes shown in green:

Then simply move them to the edge of the sidewalk:

It'll look something like that, make sure to merge the vertexes !
Did a crappy job aligning textures but it turned out OK

You could always use the Twister Plugin:

There are numerous advantages, such as deciding if you want it to generate turns, twists, ramps etc as either a brush or a displacement. If you click displacement then all the textures align.
