Hello people of the mapping section,
my name is Tuxus and this is my map.

Like it says in the description: this is a map I made some time ago for Half-Life 2:Episode Two.
A lot of props that are meant to be physic are static in this map beacuse of engine limitations.
It's not very optimised because I had to do a lot in func_detail.
Nearly everything on this map is NPC able (node graph).
Requirements:

I feel like you shouldn't have this many requirements for one map.

That path could be a lot better. Try making your own blend textures with the grass and the rock.
this is my own blend texture, you will see at the end of the path.
I tried long ago to use my grass-stone blend texture on the whole ground
but I have also sand on that same displacement so it's not working.
What are you suggesting abut the requirements problem.
Should I put everything I use from various valve games in to the addon?
Is that even legal?
Or should I perhaps limit myself to one games props? (sorry I can't do that).
Edit: ok I will include the content i use in the maps so that you don't need so many games installed anymore

this looks really nice, i love the improvised barricade style. your detailing is good and it's lit nicely. have you considered releasing a night version? i imagine it'd look incredible

I have a flooded version in wip.
I never thought about a night version but is seems like a nice idea.
make the flooded one at night!
