Error: Setup file "gameinfo.txt" doesn't exist in subdirectory.

Okay, I haven't used hammer for few months, but now when I want to, it gives me this error which came literally out of ass.

I am wondering if anybody has/had the same issue, I tried redownloading SourceSDK, Resetting Game Configurations, Refreshing SDK Content, Verifying Files of CS:S.
