Title sums it up: friend of mine is learning Hammer ants to use rp_downtown_v4c as an example, but he's not having any luck finding the VMF file. Any advice?

rp_downtown_v4c is a horrible map, try to avoid it as much as you can when you / your friend is learning. :o
You should rather try to decompile CS:S maps. However, there might be some issues caused by the process.
I'm not a fan of it either, but he insists. :P
