While working on my map, i clicked the save icon, hammer then crashed. After loading it up again and clicking on my map, it was completely empty, i'm left with this:

I have a backup, but it's a week old. Is there any way i can recover the vmf?
I need this for a college project that is finishing soon.
Whoops, forgot about the VMX file, map is working again.
SDK had its snack.
