Anyone who makes maps up to making something like that? Or anyone know of a good map that could be edited for this?

an individual who could possibly be interested in something like this needs a reference of what you're trying to explain. your perspective of a holiday map could be totally off from others.
Either like a house decorated for Christmas with a Christmas tree and presents (You would be able to become a present). Maybe a small neighborhood with snow. Snowmen on lawns, could have Christmas trees outside. Maybe incorporate Santa or raindeer in some way?
