So I was wondering if there is a fast way to acquire all the VTF's and VMF's that are used in this map that aren't in the base hammer editor. I assume they are stalker textures.

This is the first time in the 8 months of mapping that i've began exploring into custom textures so forgive my lvl of noob.
Looking at the screenshots I can only notice some extra L4D + CS:S models thrown in, everything else is HL2 and episodes content. With the exception of that camo net, probably.

EDIT: NVM REalised it was a GMA file

Alright well I imported the map, got all the models and materials in the right spots but there are some texures and models on the map that weren't in the file when I used GMAD on the GMA file. Like you sugget HGrunt, would I need to import L4D2 models and textures. (I have CS:S models and textures imprted already).
