seams like the origin point of some entity is in the void. select everything and look for a blue bubble where the red line goes to :)

It's Ok for the Yellow lines ^^

look in map >> entity report and look for empty entities, when looking at the entity report tool you will notice blank lines or a space between listed entities these are the emtpy entities click the blank line and press delete to clear it
Check to make sure that you don't have a model / brush entity origin set to one of the end points of the leak trace line. The little circle in the middle of a model/brush entity is a helper which can be dragged around to change the origin the entity. If it gets dragged outside the map, it will cause a leak.

They're wireframe spheres which show either the rendering distance of models, or the maximum distance of ambient_generic.
