Question about Hammer

Can someone please indicate me where I can find the version of the SDK that allows me to create maps for Garry's Mod, via Hammer? I tried searching on the Steam discussion forums and found nothing actually viable. Thanks in advance

the Hammer you need is in steamapps\common\GarrysMod\bin
