Every person I have asked never use HV arrows. I personally enjoy using them. Well the problem is if its so de-appreciated by the community then why make it require a crafting level? It honestly shouldn't be considering the little use people see in it. Also Possible to reduce cost since it does less damage. Using more resources to make a faster arrow does not make sense. In that logic the hv arrow would be more basic than a regular arrow. Less materials for a lighter and faster arrow.
The arrow s are getting a re work. Keep in mind the ones we have now are place holders
