In the task manager, I turned on the mode - on top of the rest of the windows, started playing and noticed that during the friezes in the tab the performance jumps up the graph in the Ethernet window. And when I run around on the map, I shoot, loot the boxes, turn the mouse camera - these friezes occur, and at this moment the Ethernet speed jumps to 2 megabits. How to fix it ? Friezes because of this?
