Why me get banned????

Yesterday i got game banned with this account http://steamcommunity.com/id/new555555/ and today i get game banned again with this account http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198240129104/ I want to know a cause abount game banned. Because I had never use another program to cheat or hacking with this game. Reply me back pls I would like to know abount banned!!?

1. Просьба разъяснить причину моего блокировки
2. Пожалуйста, укажите время разблокировки

A couple of things to be said here...
FacePunch won't reply to anyone asking about why they got banned on an open thread on their forum, nor on any form. FacePunch isn't the company giving out the ban, it is EasyAntiCheat and bans aren't given out instantly, they are planned ahead which means it could be hours or even a few days (its unknown to the public how long). Please contact Easy Anti Cheat if you'd like your questions to be answered...
