False game ban?

Dear developers of the game «RUST» 08.01.2018 at 13.00 there was a blocking of my account I ask to give some explanations concerning this question:
1. Please clarify the reason for my blocking
2. Please specify the time of unlocking
3. I ask to remove from me sanctions after unlocking the account. I think that I was blocked unreasonably (I did not commit any anti-violent actions or installation of third-party software)

Afternoon, just another user on the Rust forum here but I'd like to inform you that you need to go over to easyanticheat.net and create a thread there, or simply email FacePunch instead of creating a thread on their open forum.
Also you agreed to the TOS when you signed up to Rust, so if you broke the rules you should stay banned alongside the fact they don't undo bans. Any bans that were made by accident will instantly be undone.
