holy shit this build is insane...and it appears to be wall stacked, (at least the middle floor - with windows) and you didnt actually have to go out "13 squares, then come back in triangles" to try and wallstack...
shit... I cant imagine this base in full HQM armor... not to mention the bottom "roofs" make it look really formidable and "unbreachable"
Yeah I am using this build on my server at the moment. I have all the outside roofs and first floor ceiling upgraded to armor. It takes a lot of rockets/c4 to blow straight in. Very compact, easy to defend. One of the best builds I've designed. Glad you like it man.
Literally exactly what captainrussia said... This build is absolutely amazing! AND sustainable for a solo/duo/trio group, BRAVO! I almost wish you would remove it so people cannot see it haha, Not kidding bro, absolutely amazing design, gg.
I play Vanilla and I dont see this bein viable for a solo, or maybe even a duo (unless they go full hardcore), but a nice trio/clan base.
For now this will be something for me to admire, but something that I cannot afford to build solo.
But yes - as I already said - absolutely amazing build...
It's around 7-8k metal frags per day IF you did it full sheet metal. I personally really love sheet metal with it so I used that, but if could be cheaper if you just did the bottom sheet metal and the top stone. The upkeep and building isn't bad at all for me because i'm a hardcore farmer. I had this built very quickly. Just make the foundations metal, then upgrade the rest to stone, then as you burn metal start upgrading it to metal. Also, when I had a mixture at one point in time it was like 5k metal frags, 2k stone per day. I'm sure if you did the whole top portion it would be more like 4k metal frags, 3k stone per day which isn't bad at all.
Anyways, glad you guys like the build! I always kept my base builds private but i'm an owner of a server now so don't have a whole lot of time to play, so I just make videos of my base builds now.
curious - is your server vanilla or 2x 3x or?
My server is vanilla during day, 1.5x during night
