None honestly, you should replace donations with cosmetics or faster salary gain. Really minor things.

As Kingofbeast said, you’d be better off making all jobs available to everyone. When your playerbase is more stable, you can start adding features for people who purchase vip etc.

Depending on what type of RP your server is aiming to have you can do different things. If your server is more casual, you could add more meme-related jobs, they appeal to the younger playerbase and work well in casual enviroments. If your server is aiming to be more serious then this is probably not the way to go. Locking jobs like SWAT Sniper behind a paywall in a serious enviroment is an okay idea, it will prevent most minges from getting access to too powerful weaponry and it gives incentive for players to donate. There is always the option to let players who donate design their own dream job (with certain limits set up), this will completely reduce your need to come up with donator jobs to 0% and allows high customization which appeals to practically the entirety of your audience. Watch out that the jobs people come up with does not interrupt the rest of your playerbase though, you don't want to lose your entirety of your playerbase because that one kid wanted to have a SWEP that can kill everyone with one click and spam earrape sounds.
