Bug - things falling through the ground - can't open chests, workbenches, etc.

I have 2 players on my server that cannot open chests, workbenches, etc. and when they drop an item it falls through the ground. They first told me about this when they were raiding a base. They tried putting C4 on a door and the C4 went right through the door. I had them restart the game but it keeps happening. If they join another server they don't have the issue. Everyone else on my server is fine. It's just these two players. They said it started happening right after they raided a certain base. What should I start looking for? I don't know how to help them, everyone else is perfectly fine. I have tried restarting my server but that didn't help. Please help

figured it out. I have Carcommander plugin. They ended up flipping a car and went upside down. After they exited everything was glitched. The fix was to enter a car then exit and now they are ok.
