Server not mounting addons and +sv_setsteamaccount

The test server is not mounting any addons from the workshop collection I setted. Then I also found this +sv_setsteamaccount and I worry about it.

What is a steamaccount token? What if I share it and ect.
Also, would +sv_setsteamaccount anonymous work?
Do I even have to set one?

Are you using a dedicated server? If so, make a collection of all your addons and add this to your server startup line:
+host_workshop_collection 124345678
But replace 12345678 with the actual ID of your collection.

Don't share your token for +sv_setsteamaccount, and don't set it if you don't want to, its optional.
As for addons, nothing is supposed to appear in addons/. Just see if it actually appears in game.

I've noted that in multiplayer the addons folder in the spawn menu only shows addons the client is subscribed to, not the server
Try searching for one of the items, it will probably show up

unfortunately I don't actually know if its possible to make that list show the server's addons

the test server still won't run, it's something inside the gamemode but it's just stuck on a loading screen.
