just to make things easier.
lvl 1 workshop items excluding firearms and weaponry researched can be carried server wide at the cost of 5 times the scrap.
research paper would be a rare/uncommon thing to find in barrels/crates and be used as a scrap substitude for researching at around 1:25 ratio. scrap bp's will have a 50% chance of bp paper will yield
for f sake make the paper map craftable
