I cant seem to fix this problem, i was able to play on this server yesterday.

Are you using VPN? If yes try without it.

If you arent on a VPN/Proxy you should message the Admins and ask them to whitelist your IP.

I mean that I'm using the whitelist plugin, and when someone is trying to join who's not whitelisted, it gives a message: "not whitelisted"
So thats why I say that his problem has nothing to do with the whitelist plugin, and more likely because he uses VPN.

I never spoke about the Whitelist plugin huh? Im familiar with most the most Oxide plugins also using Whitelist myself. Im assuming the server he is trying to join is using https://oxidemod.org/plugins/vpnblock.2115/ or a own plugin and they have most likely a way to whitelist his IP.

Im talking about whistlisting their IP using their VPN/Proxy block plugin...

aah, missed some stuff there.
But why do you think server owners like me should add a vpn block plugin, and then manual accepting players with vpn? that has no point at all.
Whitelist is another plugin, assumed that you meant that with using that term.

Well the plugin isn't accurate, some IP's are flagged even tho they are not using a VPN/Proxy and some VPN's/Proxy's arent flagged. We had a few users with flagged IP's. Thats why you got the option to "whitelist" player's ip.
