An idea about how I think magic should work.

I don't think we should be able to cast it with our hands and so on.
It would be good if staffs and rods are hidden in some ruins or whatever radtown type of place there will be.
Each staff has one purpose ex.(healing,flaming balls,lightning and so on)
It should have cooldown and limited mana so once you use it all up it's practically uselles unless you refill it somehow.
I really don't want magic to be abused it should be used for assisting the gameplay not be the main part of it.
And also those rods/staffs should be very rare(possible to find if only you are a level 30 virgin)
