Invisible Model Problem

I have put together a model but when i compile it and bring it into garry's mod all i see is a shadow of the model. Anyhelp would be appreciated. If you need any information i will provide it, im not too sure what i should provide.

Here is what would be useful to provide:
Image of prop in game
QC of the model
VMT of the model
I am sure we can find what's wrong by looking at these.
