fix  US west 3 Still can not enter the server.... "Steam time out"
your house doesnt decay if the server is offline.
If server is visible on the web portal than it's online. So decay and upkeep would be a concern.
yeah every other time this has happened bases decayed. if only this was fixed a day ago.......
