Now when I try to launch the game I get his error.I formated my pc but same.I use no hax I tried everything and couldn't play the game.I wanna play this game.I need help.

The end result he says this;
"Hey guys I got an update for you. I fixed it as somone I know said they got an email for a few things to try. The first one I tried was disabling startup programs. I disabled all of them except realtek audio manager (figured I needed that) and it worked perfectly. I just gotta figure out which startup program did it. It's fixed though."
