GMod Publishing isn't works - Developers

Hi. I want to upload an addon to the workshop, but gmpublish say "Couldn't initialize steam" but my steam is running. I have steam running I have a legal copy of Gmod What I have do to try to fix it: Steam reinstall Gmod reinstall Steam start as administrator Steam resetconfig thx for help

I found restarting steam worked for me, however due to it happening so often i switched to another 3rd party publishing tool made in java, its not pretty but works without a problem. DOWNLOAD

Are you using gmpublish from the original folder it was in?
