Rust freezes when i open inventory + muzzle flashs at close

Yo my game has mini freezes when i open chests and my inventory and inventories of dead players, freezes for like 2 seconds then comes back into reality. Also my game freezes when i get into close range gunfights and its so aggrivating dying because of a silly fps freeze anyone got any fixes and yes i have enough ♥♥♥♥ing RAM 

Might also help to say, literally all my graphic settings are either OFF or at 1 the lowest of hte low and im still struggling for 50 stable fps

Headsink: Stock intel (i know this is a cardinal sin sorry)
psu: 750W corsair 
Motherboard: Gigabyte z68ap-D3
SSD: 500GB samsung EVO (Which rust in installed on)
HDD: 1TB seagate barracuda
RAM: 16GB DDR3 vengeance

Same things happens to me, I hope they fix this like they did with the map
