Sorry, last time I press the accept answer to soon so I decided to report it. I don't know if its my computer its self or something happening with Gmod.
What I've tried to fix it:
Lower graphics
Launch settings
uninstall and reinstall
Go rid of all addons
Went offline
Tried to us nividas control panel
deleted addons folder and reinstalling
Specs:
processor: AMD FX (tm)-6300 Six core processor 3.50 GHz
RAM: 16.0 GB
Video and graphic card: Nivida GT 640
