Does anyone know if you can play rust on a 21:9 aspect ratio because I plan on getting a ultra wide 34inch monitor and I hope there are no black bars and my game isn't stretched if anyone know please let me know ASAP

Yes, but it does stretch the edges like you see on the video above. I just lowered my Fov to around to the stock setting to make it look more normal. Also edges of the screen also render some items and players further away for some reason
That's happens because YouTube is not supporting 21:9 videos, so you see them with black bars. Check out any different 21:9 video, there will be the same problem.
Youtube does support 21:9. First thing I did when I got my 21:9 monitor was searching that aspect ratio video on youtube.
