Rust cannot find any servers [Official or Community]. When I press F1 it says the manifest is missing, Only thing is I had rust uninstalled for a month and I re installed it yesterday.
What I have tried:
Re installing.
Re installing easy anti cheat.
Running steam as admin.
Restarting PC
Using Internet Dongle instead of Ethernet.

Try verifying the integrity of the game cache in steam, if you haven't already.
If you don't know how to do this:
Go to your game library in steam.
Right click on Rust.
Click Properties.
Click 'Local Files'
Click 'Verify Integrity Of The Game Files'

That's kind of what happens to me when there's a rust update out but I haven't received it yet for whatever reason. But yeah as was mentioned earlier I would just verify the Integrity of rust files and usually it fixes the problem.
I guess make sure you're not blocking steam or rust updates for whatever reason. (Just an idea)
Are you using the same Steam account or email address Etc as you did when you last played rust?
If all else fails maybe try deleting rust with a removal tool(not the regular add or remove programs) then retry.

This is typically related to EAC being blocked by your anti-virus or firewall.
Good way to check is try to direct connect to your favorite server by using the Steam server browser (settings >> servers) or you can also use https://www.battlemetrics.com/servers/rust to get direct connect info. If it lets you in, it's just a hiccup in the server browser and it will eventually fix itself. If it doesn't let you in, EAC is being blocked by something.
huh i don't have an anti virus and my rust worked last month
If you have Windows 10 you have Windows defender. But try the direct connect method so you can pinpoint the problem.
