I've been getting this error when ive tried to compile all of the addons i want to use on my server into one file.
File list verification failed
Creation OK!
Finished running queue.
Refreshing addon list.
Retreving list of Addons.
Retrieval Finished
As well as this, it says "Not allowed by whitelist"
Any help?

Why are you trying to yet again, reupload mods that you didn't create?
You don't need to do this for your server, all you need to do is add them to your collection and mark them for download for clients. That's it.
I'm guessing the file is too big if it is everything in one file. I believe there is a max limit on the size but I can't remember what it is for workshop items.
I see so many addons that are repacked like this. I think the main reason people are doing this is because if the add on gets removed from the workshop it affects client downloads unless extracted and put in fastdl.
Then keep a copy of the GMA and distribute it through FastDL or ServerDL if the addon goes down - you cannot reupload someone else's content without their permissions in accordance with the Steam Subscriber Agreement and rights of intellectual property.
