Hello, I have been playing Rust for quite a while and this new issue has randomly risen. I have searched the web as much as I can for a fix to my issue but I can't seem to find anything.
The issue is simple to explain, in windows mode I get perfect fps and no screen stutter. In full-screen my screen stutter and my frames change a bunch.
This may be a computer issue because it is like this on other games. But on other games I just enable v-sync and the issue is fixed. Any suggestions will help.
If you need computer specs just ask.
Assuming you have windows 10, check your settings >> gaming >> game bar (toggle it off) and also gaming DVR (toggle it off) see if that helps.
I have same probelm like 'VanillaTheGod', tryed your fix Errn, but nothing happend, same problem.. Please help.
