How make it so with my f4 menu everyone can see all the jobs without them being whiteisted to the job?
I am assuming you are running DarkRP (or some derivative gamemode.)
Kinda difficult to assist you with the information you provided thus far.
What are you using for whitelisting?
If you are using ULX user groups for whitelisting.

If you are using bWhitelist than I am almost positive it is a setting when configuring the job in the whitelist itself (haven't used it in about a year or more so I am a little rusty.)
