How to turn off decay completely?

I am running a small private server for a few friends, but we don't want decay on at all.
I have tried decay.upkeep false and decay.scale 0, which didn't do anything, so now I have tried decay.scale 0.000001 which seems to be doing something but still brings up annoying warnings.
Is there any way to turn it off completely?

I've written up a pretty detailed post around using the decay/upkeep server variables located here: RUST Decay Upkeep Variable, Hints and Tips
Currently there is no mechanism in the game to disable the decay warning that players see. They CAN however fill the tool cupboard with resources to the required limits (if the base isn't over the supported size) and the message would not bother them. If you have any additional questions, add them to the thread. If you need more help, I can chat 1 on 1 as well.
