Why a garage doors so much stronger all of a sudden? (9 instead of 5 satchels)

I posted this on the subreddit as well but for some reason it got heavily downvoted...
Garage doors are now pretty OP. They used to be 5 satchels, 3 rockets or 1 C4, and now they are 9 satchels, 3 rockets or 2 C4. Was this intentional or a glitch? (see https://rustlabs.com/item/garage-door#tab=destroyed-by;filter=0,1,0,0,0;sort=3,0,4)
I thought that the point of garage doors was to be an anti-rocket device with a slight benefit over a sheet door (thus the 2 gears). Currently they are 90% as effective as a armored door for 20% of the cost. This must be a glitch?
That's a good question, actually. Not sure. But the Armored Door is 12 satchels, don't forget. So its 4-9-12 for the metal doors. (I think 1 satchel does 90 damage to the garage door, and it has 600 life, so its actually about 8.5 satchels).
I do think it should be tougher than a sheet, but weaker than the armored, so maybe the Garage Door could be an 8 satchel door (So its 4/8/12 for the doors), but more expensive? Possibly some springs into the gears cost. Regardless, I actually really like it, because I never get armored doors and I'm sick of having 20 sheet doors to get inside my base with.
I use garage doors because I can keep them up the whole time I'm playing, (with exceptions of course), and shut them when I log off.
