I looked at this http://ttt.badking.net/rearm-guide and I followed it through to the very end...
Let me briefly explain, I was trying to add these weapon packs to my TTT Server and enable then to spawn on every map on the server collection, I got to the stage of adding the .txt file which was exported from the WeaponSpawner into my maps folder on my ftp. When I did this I noticed none of the maps were in the Map folder this may be because of the fact its on a workshopdl. However when I uploaded the txt file and restarted the server... This time no weapon spawned at all...
