I cant say I like shacky, I find him to be a spoiled, immature little brat, but the m249's spray goes in a straight line upwards, so with enough practice, I guess its not impossible that he's learned it, but yeah, it kinda looks very much like a cheat.

I love how everyone cry "script or hacks" everytime someone is good. I don't know if that guy is cheating, but I know a couple of players who practice on pvp server for hours each day to master those recoil. I know and i've been killed by a few of them. They don't cheat, they just put the time.
At some point, people need to learn that there is such a thing as being a pvp god without cheats. It takes time and dedication. I personnally won't put that kind of time, but i know some do.

When its within the Mechanics of the game yes! When someone is doing something that the game mechanics make almost impossible the probability is high they're cheating!
Yes I get that, but thats also why scripts are insanely hard to report/ban. Facepunch can't start banning people because they get multiple headshots with weapons that have a recoil without making sure those people hacks. There is a big difference between a guy hitting you multiple times from 100 meters with an AK and someone, like it happened to me yesterday, that hits you 355m away 5 times in a row (less then 2 seconds appart) with a bow (I was running/trying to dodge).
One might be a script but could also be skills has some people literally count bullets fired and adjust mouse patern to recoil direction, but the other one is obvious hacks.
