2 things,
1st, thanks facepunch for that insane ban wave that is happening right now. I feel hackers start to be actually afraid to get banned which should in the long run lower the open use of hacking on servers.
2nd, can anyone tell me if any "bindkey" fonction used in the console could be considered a cheat for any reason? Like let say I have bind a key to auto crouch or auto attack.

IMHO: you cannot be banned for using the tools (console) that the game itself provides and is accessible to everyone equally

I concur, but it might be very difficult to get an official answer, just like in real life laws (well the TOS is a real life law/agreement) - you cant always expect the exact answer.
Like you can't really come up to police and ask them "what is intentional murder?" and what happens if I kill someone by accident. You can ask your attourney (for a fee), but the police (the enforcers) will not tell you.
Same thing here. I dont think Facepunch (enforcers), alog with EAC will tell you exactly what you can or cannot do outside of the already outlined line in the TOS: "snip"
That is correct using the in-game mechanics or the console options provided to you should under no circumstance be a bannable offense. If anyone discovers they exploit with these mechanics then it is up to the developers to patch it instead of trying to silence the people who know it. But that's beside the point what you were using is completely fine and it's not bannable.
