Upps, i received HQB`s 2 times in my inventory but do not received the skins when opened them. If you think RARE Facepunch Tshirt`s are skins, em NO. I do not know how to fix your problem, but if you have the bag just sell it. Also all thei system si crap. I collect skin and like them but i am afraid to scrap 0.03 stuff incase of bug or osmething, last time when scrap something inventory ingame glitches and i have to restart game, skins not loading, but for cheap skins thats all we can expect
